Nature of Engagement
Nomena engagements are not advisory sessions. They are structural interventions in which clarity is delivered as a completed articulation. Once delivered, the clarity has been fully imparted and cannot be withdrawn or returned. Because the work involves irreversible insight and structure, refunds are limited, conditional, and clearly bounded.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met: before delivery of any Nomena Artifact or substantive analytical material, within 48 hours of payment, before any preparatory analysis or bespoke structuring work has begun. If these conditions are met, a full refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not provided once any of the following has occurred: delivery of a Nomena Artifact or substantive analytical material, commencement of preparatory analysis or bespoke structuring work, sharing of any client-specific structural articulation or clarity. Clarity delivered constitutes value rendered, regardless of whether it is acted upon.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds are not offered as a standard practice. They may be considered at Nomena’s sole discretion in limited circumstances, including engagement termination initiated by Nomena due to incompatibility or exceptional logistical failure attributable entirely to Nomena. Any refund issued in such cases will be pro-rated based on work completed.
No Results-Based Refunds
Refunds are not offered based on: business or financial outcomes, personal or emotional responses, speed or manner of integration, or expectations regarding results. Nomena delivers clarity and structure, not guarantees of outcome.
Chargebacks & Disputes: Any billing concerns should be raised directly with Nomena before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may be contested where services have been rendered. Nomena maintains detailed engagement records to support dispute resolution.
Acceptance of Policy
By engaging Nomena, the client acknowledges that the work involves irreversible delivery of clarity and structure, delivered clarity is non-refundable, and this refund policy is accepted in full.
